Section 10: Authorities of Academy.

The following shall be the authorities of the Academy, namely:—

(a) The Board;

(b) Senate;

(c) Director;

(d) Boards of Studies;

(e) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the Academy.
