Section 11A: Penalty for failure to comply with directions issued under section 5A.

If any person wilfully fails to comply with any direction issued under section 5A, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to 3[one crore crore rupees], or with both.
