Section 15: Use of patented invention on aircraft not required in India.

The provisions of section 42 of the Indian Patents and Designs Act, 1911 (2 of 1911), shall apply to the use of an invention on any aircraft not registered in India in like manner as they apply to the use of an invention in a foreign vessel.
