Section 16: Recognition of degrees.

The degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions granted by the University, shall be recognized by the Central and State Governments to the same extent and, in the same manner as the corresponding degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions granted by any other University incorporated by a Central Act.
