Section 4: Appointment and powers of supervisory officers.

(1) The Central Government may appoint a a person to be the Director-General of the Force and such other supervisory officers as considered necessary. (2) The Director-General and every other supervisory officer so appointed shall have, and may exercise, such powers and authority as is provided by or under this Act.
