Section 3: Amendment of section 2.

2.–In section 2 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), after clause (c), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:– „(ca) “industrial establishment” means an industrial undertaking or a company as defined under section 3 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) or a firm registered under section 59 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (9 of 1932) which is engaged in any industry, or in any trade, business or service;‟.
