Section 24: General Fund.

All receipts of the Corporation other than those referred to in sub-section (1) of section 23 or in sub-section (1) of section 23A shall be credited to the General Fund and all payments by the Corporation other than those referred to in sub-section (2) of section 23, or, as the case may be, sub-section (2) of section 23A shall be made out of that Fund.
