Section 23: Amendment of Act 9 of 1948.

In the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948, in section 3, in sub-section (2),—

(a) in clause (g), the words “and welfare” shall be omitted:

(b) clause (h) shall be omitted.
