Section 22: The Librarian.

(1) The Librarian of a corresponding University shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board and shall be in charge of the library.

(2) The Librarian shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning the library.
