PRELIMINARY

Section 1 — Short title and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the Hooghly Docking and Engineering Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1984.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28th day of June, 1984.
