Section 13: Reference and application to be disposed of within six months.

Every reference made to a Tribunal undersection 8 or section 8A or application made to a Tribunal under section 8 shall be inquired into as expeditiously as possible and every endeavour shall be made to conclude such inquiry within a period of six months from the date of the service, on the person concerned, of a copy of such reference or application.
