PRELIMINARY

Section 1 — Short title and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited (Nationalisation) Act, 1984.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14th day of February, 1984.
