Section 27: The Boards of Studies, Academic Boards and Management Boards.

The constitution, powers and functions of the Boards of Studies, the Academic Boards and the Management Boards shall be prescribed by the Statutes:

Provided that the Boards of Studies, the Academic Boards and the Management Boards shall have adequate number of members from amongst the Scheduled Tribes.
