Section 25Q: Penalty for lay-off and retrenchment without previous permission.

Any employer who contravenes the provisions of section 25M or [Omitted] of section 25N shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
