Section 19D: Application for registration.

An application for registration of an inland mechanically propelled vessel shall be made by the owner or master of the vessel in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed and shall be accompanied by a copy of the certificate of survey in force issued in respect of the vessel.
