Section 62: Penalty for taking or delivering or tendering for carriage dangerous goods on board inland mechanically propelled vessel without notice.

If any person, in contravention of section 50, takes with him on board any inland 1 [mechanically propelled vessel] any dangerous goods, or delivers or tenders any such goods for carriage on any inland mechanically propelled vessel, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees, and the goods shall be forfeite d to Government.
