Section 12: The Naib Shaikh-ul-Jamia (Pro-Vice-Chancellor).
The Naib Shaikh-ul-Jamia (Pro-Vice-Chancellor) shall be appointed in such manner, and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
