Section 55: Salary and allowances to the Adhyaksha and Up-Adhyaksha and other Members.

(1) The salary and allowances of the Adhyaksha and Up-Adhyaksha shall be such as may be prescribed.

(2) Every member of the Zilla Parishad other than the Adhyaksha and Up-Adhyaksha shall be entitled to receive, such sitting fee and allowances as may be prescribed.
