ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE BY VILLAGE AUTHORITIES
Section 50: Village courts not to try any case or suiting in which the Village authority or any member thereof is interested.
No village court shall try any criminal case or any civil suit to or in which the Village Authority or any member thereof is a party or is interested.
