Section 352O: Acceptance of certificates issued outside India.

Any certificate issued by a competent authority in any country outside India to a ship registered in that country or any certificate issued by a competent authority of any country which is a contracting party to the International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage signed at Brussels on the 29th day of November, 1969 as amended from time to time to any ship wherever registered, shall be accepted at any port or place in India as if it were issued under this Act.
