Section 352R: Power to make rules.

The Central Government may make rules prescribing―

(a) the form of certificate to be issued by the Director-General under sub-section (2) of section 352N and the particulars which it may contain;

(b) fees which may be charged for issue of certificates under section 352N.] (c) the limits of liability of owner in respect of one or more incident of pollution damage or other requirements having regard to the provisions of the Liability Convention.
