Section 7: Appointment of Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety.

(1) The Central Government may appoint one or more Commissioners of Metro Railway Safety. (2) The Commissioner shall function under the administrative control of the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety appointed under section 5 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989).
