Section 85B: Signing of returns, notices, etc.

All returns and notices required to be furnished or given given or communications sent by or on behalf of the owner of a mine in connection with the provisions of this Act or any regulation, rule, bye-law or any order made thereunder to whom power in this behalf has been delegated by the owner by a power of attorney.
