Section 18: Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate acts and proceedings of the Corporation.

No act or proceeding of the General Council, the Board or any of the committees of the Corporation shall be invalid by reason only of the existence of any vacancy among its members or any defect in the constitution thereof.
