Section 2: Definitions.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

(a) “Commission” means the National Commission for Women constituted under section 3;

(b) “Member” means a Member of the Commission and includes the Member-Secretary;

(c) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
