Section 37: Institute to be public authority under Right to Information Act, 2005.

The provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) shall apply to every Institute, as if it were a public authority as defined in clause (h) of section 2 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
