Section 33: Levy of fees.

With the previous sanction of the Local Government, or of such officer as the Local Government may authorize in this behalf, a district board or local board may fix and levy school- fees and fees for the use of, or benefits derived from, any of the works specified in section 20, clauses (c), (e), (h), (i) and KB, and fees at fairs, agricultural shows and. industrial exhibitions held under its authority.
