Section 5: Amendment of First Schedule to the Constitution.

In the First Schedule to the Constitution, under the heading “II. THE UNION TERRITORIES”, in entry 6, under the column “Name”, for the word “Pondicherry”, the word “Puducherry” shall be substituted.
