Whereas the objects of the institution known as the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh in the Union territory of Chandigarh are such as lo make the institution one of national importance, it is hereby declared that the institution known as the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh is an institution of national importance.
