Section 93: Certain persons exempt from arrest by Court.

The President [Omitted] , the Governors of Madras, Bombay and 3[West Bengal], [Omitted] [Omitted] and the Chief Justice and Judges of the High Courts [Omitted] , shall not be liable to arrest by order of the Small Cause Court.
