Section 19: Publication of memoranda registered.

Thememoranda registered during each quarter in the said Catalogue shall be published in the Official Gazette, as soon as may be after the end of such quarter, and a copy of the memoranda so published shall be sent [Omitted] to the Central Government [Omitted] .
