Section 10: Abetment of offence.

Whoever abets any offence under this Act shall be punishable with the punishment provided for the offence. Explanation.— A public servant who wilfully neglects the investigation of any offence punishable under this Act shall be deemed to have abetted an offence punishable under this Act.
