Section 3: Establishment of Railway Claims Tribunal.

The Central Government shall, by notification, establish a Claims Tribunal, to be known as the Railway Claims Tribunal, to exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority conferred on it by or under this Act and under Chapter VII of the Railways Act,1989 (24 of 1989).
