Section 33: Tribunal.

The Railway Claims Tribunal established under section 3 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 (54 of 1987) shall, on and from the commencement of Part XIV of Chapter VI of the Finance Act, 2017, be the Tribunal for the purposes of this Act and the said Tribunal shall exercise the jurisdiction, authority and powers conferred on it by or under this Act.]
