Section 48: Amendment of Act 20 of 1963.

On and from the appointed day, in the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963, in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2 and in sub-section (2) of section 44, the words “Himachal Pradesh” shall be omitted.
