Section 13: Penalty for keeping press without making declaration required by section 4.

Whoevershall keep in his possession any such press as aforesaid, in contravention of any of the provisions contained in section 4 of this Act, shall, on conviction before a Magistrate, be punished by fine not exceeding two thousand rupees, of by simple imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or by both.
