How does eCourts sync work?
NyayX polls the eCourts system up to four times during court hours and compares what comes back against what it already holds for your cases. If the next date of hearing has changed, the case updates and a WhatsApp message reaches you that evening, then again on the morning of the hearing. Sync covers the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, DRT Delhi and the six Delhi district court complexes. You add a matter once, by CNR number or by searching the party name, and after that the data maintains itself. Nothing needs re-entering when a case is adjourned. Matters filed long before you started using NyayX come in with their full hearing history, so there is no import exercise first. Checking those portals by hand costs most advocates half an hour or more before court each day, and this costs none of it. Delhi High Court cause list data lands before 6 AM. If eCourts goes down, the last synced dates stay readable.
