Refund Policy

Short version: 14-day free trial, no card required, so you can evaluate NyayX fully before paying. Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Billing errors are always corrected.

1. Free Trial

NyayX offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will never be charged unless you explicitly choose to subscribe at the end of your trial period.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and your account stays fully active until that period ends. Payments already made are not refunded, including for unused days in the current period.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not auto-renew. Your account stays fully active until the end of the annual period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, in whole or in part.

4. Refund Eligibility

NyayX is a software-as-a-service product delivered immediately on subscription, and subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, non-use of the service, or cancellation part way through a paid period. This does not affect your rights in respect of a billing error. If you are charged incorrectly, for example a duplicate charge or an amount that does not match the plan you selected, we will correct it and return the difference. Free trials exist so you can evaluate NyayX fully before paying; we encourage you to use the trial rather than subscribe on the assumption of a refund later.

5. Reporting a Billing Error

To report a billing error, email support@nyayx.com with your account email, a description of the problem, and the transaction ID if you have it. We investigate billing errors within 5 business days, and any correction is returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@nyayx.com before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate and resolve billing errors promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. GST

GST paid on subscriptions is non-refundable as per Indian tax regulations, except in cases of error or where required by law.
