Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
NyayX offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You will never be charged unless you explicitly choose to subscribe at the end of your trial period.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period. Your account remains fully active until the end of the period you have paid for.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription after 7 days, your account remains active until the end of the annual period and will not auto-renew.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following circumstances: (a) You cancel an annual subscription within 7 days of purchase. (b) NyayX experiences a service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours within a single billing period. (c) You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount). We do not issue refunds for change of mind after 7 days, or because eCourts data was unavailable (as this is a third-party government service outside our control).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@nyayx.com with your account email, the reason for the refund, and (if applicable) the transaction ID. We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
6. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at billing@nyayx.com before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate and resolve billing errors promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. GST
GST paid on subscriptions is non-refundable as per Indian tax regulations, except in cases of error or where required by law.
